1. Acceptance of Terms

CoSentiment is a product of Sonare LLC, a company registered in the United States. By accessing or using CoSentiment ("Service") at cosentiment.com or through our mobile applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

2. Description of Service

CoSentiment is a company sentiment intelligence platform that aggregates publicly available data from multiple sources to generate trust scores for companies. The Service provides:

• Company trust scores based on aggregated public signals
• Signal breakdowns showing contributing data sources
• AI-generated company briefs
• Watchlist management and score alert notifications
• Community ratings and industry leaderboards
• Company comparison tools

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
• Not create accounts for others without authorization

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 CoSentiment Pro

CoSentiment Pro is available for $12.00 USD per month. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the monthly subscription fee via Stripe
• Automatic renewal each month until cancelled
• No refunds for partial months

5.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your profile page or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain Pro access until then.

5.3 Bewatu Referral Trial

Users who sign up via Bewatu.com may receive a 30-day Pro trial. After the trial, standard monthly pricing applies. Sonare LLC reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotional offers at any time.

5.4 Price Changes

We may change subscription pricing with 30 days notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any law
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service using automated tools
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent community ratings
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without permission
• Use CoSentiment data to manipulate markets or company valuations

7. Community Ratings

When you submit a company rating, you grant Sonare LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and incorporate your rating into our aggregate scores and analytics. You represent that your ratings reflect genuine experiences and are not submitted for commercial or manipulative purposes.

We reserve the right to remove any rating that violates these Terms or our community standards.

8. Data Accuracy

CoSentiment aggregates data from third-party sources. We make no warranty that scores, ratings, or analysis are accurate, complete, current, or error-free. Company scores may not reflect current market conditions, recent events, or all relevant factors.

CoSentiment scores are computed algorithmically and may not reflect the views of any individual, analyst, or institution.

9. Intellectual Property

The CoSentiment name, logo, brand assets, fusion algorithm, scoring methodology, and all original content are owned by Sonare LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or copyrighted material without prior written permission.

Company names, logos, and trademarks displayed on CoSentiment are the property of their respective owners. CoSentiment is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any company whose scores appear on the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sonare LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Investment or financial losses based on CoSentiment scores
• Employment decisions based on employer scores
• Loss of data or profits
• Any errors or inaccuracies in company scores

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. CoSentiment is operated by Sonare LLC, a company registered in the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

13. Termination

Sonare LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
